The high-response proportional variable pump system makes the output from the hydraulic system of the injector matched with its overall operation without the loss of energy overflowed under high pressure. Compared with those standed models, it has the superior performance price ratio, saves the energy by 25%--50%, and has the obvious cost performance. The oil pump of greater displacement can be equipped for motor of the same power, to accelerate the overall unit, shorten the molding period, reduce the investments for cooling facilities in the factory building at the same time, prolong the service life of those sealing parts (oil seal, O ring) at low temperature, minimize the break-down repair, and save a lot of maintenance expenses.
Main Characteristics:
1. Advanced switch power supply , with operating voltage between 110V and 280V, can be used in all severe power supply environment.
2. High resolution (320 x 240 color ) liquid crystal display is used. It can display 20 columns and 15 columns and 15 lines of Chinese characters or 40 columns and 15 lines of English letters.
3. Complete inspection functions could assist you to adjust you to adjust each of movement in your machine to its optimum condition.
4. It can store injection material information for 120 sets of moulds. Mould information could be selected, duplicated or removed conveniently.
5. Six stages material injection speeds and pressure, three stages pressure holding speed and pressure, and two stages material molten speed and pressure control can meet all complicated process requirement of products.
6. Fuzzy temperature control is used. High and low temperature deviation alarm and thermocouple disconnection inspection function are available.
7. Function to prevent cold material start-up.
8. Mould locking, material injection, thimble adopt high precision electronic meter for position measuring. The position setting precision is up to 0.1mm.
9. Push-out stay, thimble shock and multi push-out functions are available. Thimble forward and backward speed, pressure can be set separately.
10. Time of forming can be matched with automatic stop function for convenient production management.
11. Injection supervision. When machine works in automatic mode, computer may supervise the working condition in each period and judge in products and machine are normal.
12. Computer controlled automatic lubrication devices: According to times of opening and clamping mould, lubricating oil output can be adjusted conveniently through computer.
13. Automatic mould adjusting function. Input directly mode locking pressure, the computer could automatically finish module thickness adjustment.
14. Set information set can be protected so as to prevent improper modification by other personnel.
